MiniApply

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the MiniApply app (the “App”) and miniapply.com. They are an agreement between you and Commercium Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16456125), 14/2e Docklands Business Centre, 10-16 Tiller Road, London E14 8PX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ on the App itself, these terms apply as between you and us.

What MiniApply does

MiniApply researches university and school admissions on the public web. It uses an AI model to search and read universities' own pages and shows programmes, deadlines, fees and entry requirements, each with a link to the page it came from. It compares published minimums with the grades and English score you enter.

Information, not advice

What MiniApply is not

MiniApply is a self-service research tool. It is not an admissions agency, an education agent, a recruitment agent, an admissions consultant or a university representative, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any university.

Free search and the Intake Pass

Using it fairly

Use MiniApply for your own research. Do not misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or get around the daily limit, no automated or bulk querying, no reselling of results, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others.

Sources open the universities' own websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Our rights

The App, its design, the MiniApply name and mark belong to us. The pages MiniApply reads belong to their owners; MiniApply shows short facts with links to them.

Liability

We provide MiniApply with reasonable care and skill, but because it reports what third-party pages say, we cannot promise that results are complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on results without confirming them with the university, such as a missed deadline, a fee difference or an unsuccessful application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use MiniApply after a change means you accept it. You can stop using MiniApply at any time by deleting the App.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: hq@thecommercium.com.
