About MiniApply
MiniApply is an iPhone app that researches university admissions on the live web. You say what you want to study, where and when. It reads the universities' own pages and brings back programmes with the next application deadline, tuition fees and entry requirements, each one linked to the page that states it. It is made by Commercium Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
At a glance
| What it is | A self-service research tool for people choosing where to apply. |
|---|---|
| Platform | iPhone. Coming soon on the App Store. |
| Levels | Bachelor's, Master's, PhD and MBA programmes. |
| Countries | United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland and Australia. |
| What each result shows | The programme, the next application deadline for your start date, tuition fees, entry requirements (grades and English test scores), whether you meet the published minimums, and a source link for every fact. |
| How facts are checked | A fact is kept only when the same words appear on the university page it links to. Anything that cannot be found on the page is left out. |

What MiniApply is not
MiniApply is not an admissions agency, an education agent, a recruitment agent, an admissions consultant or a university representative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any university.
- It does not apply on your behalf, submit or review documents, or contact universities for you.
- It does not guarantee or predict admission. A “met” or “missing” mark is a plain comparison with the minimums a page publishes.
- No university pays to appear in results, and we take no commission from universities. Results are ordered by your search, not by sponsorship.
Universities change their pages. Always confirm deadlines, fees and requirements with the university before you apply.
How a search works
- It asks. Your level, grades and English score once. Then, for each search, the subject, the countries and when you want to start.
- It reads. An AI model searches the web, and our server opens each university's own pages: the programme, the fees, the deadlines. You see every page as it is read.
- It checks. Our server looks for each deadline, fee and requirement word for word in the text of its page and drops anything it cannot find. Whether you meet a minimum is worked out by code, not by the model.
- It shows. Each programme appears as a card with its source links. One tap saves the search as a PDF to share with a parent or adviser.
Who it is for
Students comparing programmes before they apply, and the parents, teachers and advisers who help them. It is useful when you want the facts from many universities side by side, with the page behind each one.
Privacy in short
There is no account. Your answers are saved on your phone, and our server keeps no copy of them. Payments are handled by Apple. The full details are in the Privacy Policy; the rules of use are in the Terms of Use.
